First of all remove seeds from tamarind

Pour this tamarind puree in a pan add one cup water

Start cooking it on low flame

Keep stirring

Meanwhile add salt and red chilli powder
- 6
You can add spices as you like according to your taste

Add sugar and ajwain

All spices will mixed

Cook for 15 minutes until sugar is dissolved and all spices are completely mixed

When the sauce /chutney reaches it's required thickness turn off flame. If you feel it's too thick you can add little water or if it is too liquid you can cook it more.

Serve with any meal or snacks and add taste..enjoy
