Ingredients

  1. 🔶️Dough
  2. 🧸1 Cup Flour
  3. 🧸1 Cup White Flour
  4. 🧸1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 🧸1/4 cup Oil
  6. 🧸Water(warm) For kneading
  7. 🔶️Paratha Stuffing
  8. 🧸1/2 Small Cabbage
  9. 🧸2 Medium Size Potatoes
  10. 🧸250 g Boiled Shredded Chicken
  11. 🧸100 g Boiled Peas
  12. 🧸As per taste Salt
  13. 🧸4 Tsp Black Pepper Crushed
  14. 🧸100 g Mozerrela Cheese
  15. 🧸80g Chadder cheese

Cooking Instructions

    DOUGh PREPARATION... In a Bowl Add Flour,white flour,oil & salt & add water gradually and knead it until dough form... Set Aside for at least 15-20 minutes...

    STUFFING PREPARATION.... Cut the Cabbage into your desire shape... Boiled the potatoes & then mashed them... In A Bowl Add Vegetables,boiled Shredded Chicken,salt,Black pepper Crushed & Crushes Cheddar & Mozerrela cheese...

    Make the Small Balls of dough...Roll out 2 balls of dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin.... Place the stuffing at one of the rolled out dough & then place the other rolled out dough on top & seal the edges with help of fork.... In griddle,heat ghee & fry stuffed Paratha with both sides....

    Paratha is ready to serve.... Cut it into Your Desired shape & Serve it with any sauce....
