Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and roast semolina until it is brown in colour (bake for 2-3 minutes). Add cashew nuts, dried grapes, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and khoya roast for 3-4 minutes. Then turn off the gas and add sugar powder and mix

Add 1 tsp of ghee in flour and mix knead dough using warm water. After that rest for 10-15 minutes.

To create a uniform dough, weave it into a circular shape and put stuffing in it then give a gujiya shape and fry in medium flame for 2 minutes.
