Chinese fried rice

Parboil the rice and set aside.
Wash the veggies,shred them and set aside.
Break the eggs,add a little salt,beat and make scramble eggs and set aside.
Boil the peas till soft.
On low heat,put the oil in a pot,add the carrots, onions, bay leaf and green beans shallow fry it add the parboiled rice fry it
Add the peas and Add seasoning and spices to taste.
Allow to cook for 10 mins on medium heat or until it's done.
Add the the green pepper, red pepper and scrambled eggs mix altogether - 2
Cover the pot let it simmer for 2 minutes and serve. Serve mine with grilled chicken and macroni salad. Hmmmmmm
