Quick Carrot mooli pickle
Steps

Take a bowl, add carrot, mooli, green chilli and salt amd mix well.

Grind mustard seeds, jeera,saunf to powder.

Take a pan, add oil, once hot, add carrot mooli and chilli and mix well.

Now add the powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt if needed and cook for some time.

Take out from gas, and add the lime juice. Mix well and keep aside till it's cool.

Store in jar and ready to use. Can be refrigerated for 2-3 days.
