Steps

Firstly peel adarak, wash adarak and hari mirch, transfer on dry kitchen towel, keep aside for 15 minutes.

Slit the hari mirch horizontally.

Cut adarak in long, thin pieces.
- 4
In a deep bowl transfer hari mirch, adarak, salt add lemon juice also.

No need to add any other ingredients. Mix it well.

Adrak Hari mirch instant achaar is ready to serve. You can transfer it in jar and store it in freeze for 15 days.
