Prepare batter for dhokla to besan add rava,salt,green chilly ginger, turmeric Powder, paste,sugar,lemon juice,curd,2 sp oil mix all add enough water to make dhokla.

Heat steamer add eno to batter and mix,put the dhokla batter in greased bowl and steam it for 10,12min.

Take out dhoklas cut into small squares,arrange on a plate now add green chetney,sweet chetney,cut onion, corriander leaves and give a light mix top with barik sev and serve.
