Take pressure cooker add boiled baby potato cook till 3 whistles, cool it and clean to it's skin

In anothor pan add oil heat add red dry chilli, cumin seeds,curry leaves, hing green chilli then add potatoes mix well cover and cook for 2 mins on slow flame

Now add masala turmeric powder, salt, stir it then add lal mirch powder,coriander powder, again stir it add fresh Coriander half quantity and half for garnish transfer to plate garnish with fresh Coriander serve with fingers.
