First cut the stem of the palak and then take a pan add 3 cups of water and Blanch the palak

After 5 min strain the palak and keep it under running water for 10 sec

Now take a mixer grinder add palak, Coriander,mint leaves and 2 tbspn of curd and grind it into puree

Take a pressure cooker add 2 tbspn of ghee once the ghee is heated add add Hing and then add the prepared puree then add all the chopped veggies

Then add red chilli powder,garam masala, salt and finally add the rice and tur Dal and 4 cups of water and cover it with the lid and pressure cook it untill 4 whistles

Once done let the pressure cooker cool down after that open the lid

And your khichdi is ready to serve

Serve it papad,pickle and namkeen
