Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 cupscauliflower or 1 head (or 2 small heads)
  • 1 tbspmilk
  • 1 (10 ounce)can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cupmayo
  • 1/2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tspcurrie powder
  • 2 tbspmelted butter
  • 1 cupcracker crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook cauliflower until tender and crisp, then set in a large casserole dish. Combine milk, soup, mayo, cheese and currie powder and pour over the cauliflower. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
