Ingredients

  • 3 cupsrice
  • Grated Scotch bonnet, pepper and onion
  • Maggi signature fr jellof
  • Spicity
  • Diced carrot and grean peas
  • Oil
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    To your pot add veg oil onion with grated pepper and Tin tomato fry for 5mins.

  2. 2

    Add in water, maggi, salt, seasoning and spices and bring to boil.

  3. 3

    When water is boiling add per boiled rice mix in well and cook till rice is soft. I serve mine with coleslaw and plantain.
