Take mixing bowl add gram flour, semolina and egg, mix well with help of water,and make semi-liquid batter like dosa.

Add all spices, onions,chilli and mix well and the last add 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix well then rest for 5 minutes

Take nonstick pan grease with ghee or butter, put batter spread evenly and cover it for 1minutes then turn it over,

Same process repeat on other pancakes, take out on plate, serve hot with your favourite sauce. Enjoy healthy breakfast.
