Aloo pyaz kachori

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds and asafoetida, sputter it. Add green chilli chopped and chopped onion. saute a little. Add all the spices and mix well. cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes to absorb all the flavours by potatoes. Let it cool.

In a big bowl take both flour,2 tbsp oil, carom seeds, salt 1tsp.mix well and make a swift dough by adding cold water. keep aside for 20 minutes. Again knead it to firm.

Now divide dough into 8-10 portions. Take a ball and flat a little. Take 2 tbsp potatoes filling and put in center close the mouth of kachori by pull edges carefully and gently bend it and again press on a palm to give a shape of kachori.

Now fry in medium hot oil on low flame to make them crisp. It take about 10 to 15 minutes. Add 4-5 pieces at the moment.

Remove on kitchen towel.enjoy while picnic with ketchup.Crispy and spicy yet very delicious aloo pyaz kachori is ready to eat.
