Peel, slice, and blend the bananas. Place the banana puree in a bowl and mix with the horchata. Stir well until fully combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.

Before serving, crush the candied nuts (I used chocolate-covered peanuts).

Pour the smoothie into two glasses, sprinkle the crushed nuts on top, dust with cinnamon, and decorate with a wafer cookie. Serve chilled.
