  • 1 lbBok Choy
  • 4-6Black Mushrooms (or any type that you like really)
  • 2-3 tblsoil
  • 1/4 cupChicken or vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspcorn starch dissolved in 2 tbls water
  • to tasteSalt & pepper

    Prep: chop and dice the Bok Choy; separating the leaves. Dice/slice mushrooms

  2. 2

    Heat oil and saute Bok Choy for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add leaves & salt; saute for 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms and stock; boil.

  5. 5

    Mix in sugar and corn starch. Serve!
