2potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, fry
2eggplants, cut into cubes like the potatoes, fry
1/2an onion, cut into cubes
4 tbspred chilli paste
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Chicken powder
Some oil
Some water

Add the oil in a pan.

Add in the onion. Fry until fragrant.

Then add the chilli paste. Stir until fragrant.

Then add the eggplant and potatoes. Mix evenly until coated.

Add some water. Mix again.

Then add the seasonings. Taste test.

Let it simmer.

Turn off the heat and serve.
