Add thing together and cook in cooker is really help to less time and every thing is soft not add egg just other all thing

Then if want grind it's up to you but I use this and add egg and mix very well and make a kabab

Tips if your kabab staff is thick or hard you can add water and cook more and if it's so soft put it in fridge 1 hour if still soft add 2 spoon gram flour and mix and make sure your hand gress with oil it's easy to make a kaba it's no stick your hand
