To prepare the rice, put the vermicelli and olive oil on a medium heat until it is golden add the rice and cardamom and stir for few minutes. Finally add water and when it starts boiling lower the heat and cover the pan for 16 minutes. After that check if the rice is ready. You may find it a little bit sticky and it's normal.

For the veggies side put olive oil chicken, then add the veggies starting from hard to soft. I left cai xin the last one. Add salt black pepper and soy sauce.
