28-32 cookies

3/4 CVeg Shortening
1 CSugar
1Egg
1/4 Cmolasses preservative free/GF
2 CGF Flour
1/2 tginger
1/2 tcloves
1/2 tsalt
1 tcinnamon
2 tbaking soda

350 for 10-12 m

Creme sugar & shortening,add Egg molasses.

Blend dry ingredients, mix together well.

Form into ball. Can be rolled in sugar if you like.

Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes
