Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken halfkg
  • 1.5 tbspBhuna masala
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 0.25 kgChopped hara lehsan
  • Bajrai ka Atta1/4cup
  • 1/4 cupChanai ka Atta
  • Corriender as required
  • 2Egg
  • Mint leaves as required
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1Onion
  • Oil for Marinating and deep frying
  • 1 tbspChicken tikka Masala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add small cubes of chicken in a bowl then add ginger garlic paste, bhuna Masala, salt, turmeric powder, chicken tikka Masala and 2tbsp of oil and marinate for 3 to 4 hours

  2. 2

    Then add bajra flour, chanaflour, eggs, chopped onion, corriender, mint, hara lehsan and mix

  3. 3

    Then heat oil and pour the batter with hand in oil and cook on low flame and then serve...
