Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves

Add green chillies and onion, mix well and saute till the onion is golden.

Add chopped vegetable, tomato and salt, reduce heat, cover and cook for two to three minutes.

Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder, ginger paste and mix well.

Add peas, oats, 2 1/2 cups water and cook for five-seven minutes. Add one tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve hot.
