Spiced ginger cake
Using melting method.
Steps

Put margarine, sugar, black treacle, golden syrup in a pan and heat gently on low heat till the mixture melts. set aside and let it cool.

Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl make a well in the centre add the egg and milk mixture. (Lightly beaten)

Slowly pour it the syrup mixture fold in till the mixture is well blended.

Pour the mixture in two 8" baking tin and bake at the centre of a slow oven 150°c for 1¼hrs or until a skewer comes out clean. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
