Cabbage
I love steamed cabbage but once in a while we do different.
Steps
- 1
Collect and cut your ingredients to desired size. Make the cabbage of small size though.
- 2
Set a sizeable sufuria to heat, add oil, onions, hoho, chillies and let them cook for about 1 minute. Add in the potatoes, stir to mix and leave to cook till almost soft (to save time you can use boiled potatoes).
- 3
Add in the tomatoes and allow to cook until they are mushy, soup like.
- 4
Add your cabbage, tumeric, salt and for those who love royco add that too. Stir to mix and leave to cook until the smell of raw tumeric is over. Your veges are good to go, enjoy.
