Cut the lady finger and fry for 3 minute in low flam.

Then after fry chopped onion.

Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. If Oil is heat add mustard, cummin, asafoetida then add tomato pury and cook for 2 minute.

Then add turmeric, fried onion, salt to taste, 1/2 cup water, red chilli powder and mix it, cook for 2 minute.

And add fried lady finger and cook for 2 minute. See

Take in serving bowl and Garnish with coriander and serve it.
