3potato (boiled mashed)
1onion (golden brown)
1/2 tspajwayen
1/2 tspbhuna zeera
1/2 tspkuti mirch
2-3green chilli (chopped)
to tastesalt
(ingrdients of dough)
2 cupflour
1/2 tspzeera
1/2 tspajwayen
to tastesalt
water

Take boiled potato add all ingredients and make a stuff.

Make a dough and shape it. fill stuff and fold edges

Take flour add ingredients and knead with water. rest for 30 min to 1 hr.

Deep fry samosay

Fry till brown in colour.

Now dish out

Serve with ketchup.
