Firstly, heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, chana dal, cumin, urad dal, pinch hing, and few curry leaves. Add chilli, ginger and saute until golden brown. Now add carrot, capsicum, beans and saute for 2 minutes.

Then add salt. saute slightly. Now add rava and roast on low flame. Cool the rava mixture and transfer to the bowl. Add curd and mix well, then now add cup water and mix well forming a smooth batter. Rest for 20 minutes.

Grease the idli plate with oil. just before steaming add baking soda.pour the batter immediately into the idli plate.

Steam the veggie idli for 15 minutes on medium flame. Finely, serve instant veggie idli with coconut chutney and sambhar
