2tomatoes
1onion
1 tablespoonginger galrlic paste
2green chillies
1 tablespoonturmeric powder
1 tablespoonred chilli powder
1 tablespooncumin seeds
1 tablespoondry coriander powder
100 gramdesi ghee
To tasteSalt

First of all boil the dal in a big utensil add turmeric and salt.
2

Firstly make the ghee hot and add cumin and dry coriander.Chop the tomatoes,onion, chillies. Fry the chopped veg.in desi ghee. and add boiled dal and add some fresh leaves of coriander.
