Today is my first day cooking in Jakarta. And crispy prawn is their request. Fresh prawn make the taste is really great.

Ingredients

  1. Fresh Prawn peel the skin, left the tail on and deveined
  2. Bread Crumbs
  3. Flour (all purpose)
  4. 1Egg
  5. to tastePepper
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteGarlic powder
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place the prawn in the bowl and marinade with salt,pepper and garlic powder. Set aside

  2. 2

    In another bowl beat the egg.

  3. 3

    Place the flour in a plate and bread crumbs in another plate.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in the frying pan. Dip each prawn into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the bread crumbs to coat. And deep fry them until golden brown on each side.

  5. 5

    Remove from the pan and drained on paper towel. Place on the plate and ready to serve.. happy cooking 🥳
