Ingredients

  • 1 kgbesan
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2heeng (asafoetida)powder
  • 1 tspajwain(carrom seeds)
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in besan.

  2. 2

    Add water to the mixture and make paste of it.

  3. 3

    Use stencil for making sev and deep fry them.
