Ingredients

  • Bread slices 10cut into half(triangle shape)
  • 1 litremilk
  • Sugar as per your taste buds I used half cup
  • Pinchzarday ka rang
  • Few drops if kewra water
  • 2 tbsplemon juice or vinegar
  • Cardamom powder half teaspoon
  • Oil for bread frying
  • Almond and silver paper for serving

Steps

    First in a pot add milk boil it then add lemon juice or vinegar and leave on a low flame for 5 minutes then mix it...milk will be change into curds like khoya then add kewra water sugar cardamom powder and add zarday ka rang daal kar halki anch per rakh dein..

    Other side in a pan add oil fry bread slices until turns in brown colour then add into milk mixture pour it for few seconds then nikal kar serving tray per breads rakhein dein.aisay hi do all...then pour milk mixture in.upper...serve with almonds and silver paper and enjoy garma garam aur chilled😊
