Wash & cut all the veggies & put them in cooker with 1 cup of water.Cover with lid & give a whistle.

Slow the flame & cook for 10 minutes.Let it cool down.

In a pan heat butter & add chopped onions,cook till they become golden brown, add ingredients & tomato puree.cook on low flame till oil comes from corners.

Open the lid of cooker & mash the veggies with masher,add the cooked masala & cook on low flame till all the water dissolves.

Serve hot with pav
