Sauté the leek or onion with a little butter and olive oil, then add the garlic. Next, add the vegetables and sauté them well. Add a little salt and pepper. Once sautéed, add water and let it cook for a while. Meanwhile, clean the shrimp, cut the squid into pieces, and wash the mussels well. Boil the mussels until they open.

Once the vegetables are cooked, open the pot and add all the fish. Then add the rice vermicelli and stir in the cooking cream. If you don't have cooking cream, use cornstarch. Add a teaspoon of tomato paste.
