Moroccan Potato Patties (Maakouda)

Cook the potatoes in a double boiler.

Once cooked, peel and mash them with a potato masher.

Add the finely chopped onion.

Add the spices and eggs, then mix everything together.

Form small balls and flatten them to make nice patties.

Coat them with flour and fry in a pan.

(Tip: When forming the maakouda balls, moisten your hands with a little water to prevent sticking).
