Mix the sugar,oil and flour gently to form crumps

Add the eggs,raisins and milk. knead gently for 2 minutes to avoid overworking the dough.

Cover with a wet towel and refidgerate for at least 1 hour

Divide the dough into 2 equal balls.

If the dough is sticky, dust with some flour.

Apply flour on the rolling board and roll to a thickness of 0.5 to 1nch. Using a shapper, cut the rolled dough into your desired shapes. Repeat for the other ball.

Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Place a catchment paper on the baking tray.

Arrange the cut pieces onto the catchment paper on the baking tray. Dust them lightly with egg yolk.

Bake for 20 mins

Serve with your favourite beverage.
