Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsawaiyan
  2. 1 litermilk
  3. 3 tbspdesi ghee
  4. 3green cardamon
  5. 3thread saffron
  6. Some nuts chopped
  7. 1/2 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take pan add ghee add sawaiyan, green cardamon, fry and add sugar

  2. 2

    Cook, add milk and cook till it coms to a boil. Then add saffron and nuts

  3. 3

    Cook for 2 minutes and it's ready to serve
