Soak rice & lentil for 4 hours then wash well & clean them

Add both in mixi & make fine paste(keep batter consistency thick, donot use water) then add salt in the batter mix well & rest overnight for fermentation

For stuffing put a pan on gas stove add scrapped coconut & jaggery roast till moisture absorbs

Cut turmeric leaves a perfect size & also clean them

Add 6 cup water in a idli handi put a stand in it cover & let it boil

Put some batter on turmeric leave spred all over the leave then put some stuffing on it

Close pitha by pressing both side & put it on the idli stand

Place all pithas like this & cover with lid

Steam for 20_30 miniutes then remove

Serve hot pithas with any sweet dish
