Make a mixture of stuffing with grated and squeezed radish and carrot,salt,blackpepper powder,coriander powder,ajwain and chopped corianderleaves and mix well.

Now take a ball of wheat flour dough and roll it with rolling pin.

Now apply little ghee on it and spread carrot radish mixture on it and gently press it.

Now fold it and again fold it.

Now roll it with rolling pin.

Now roast it with desi ghee from both the sides.

Serve hot with pickle butter and curd.
