Take a deep pan and heat oil add cumin, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, staranise, cinnamon, black pepper and fry it for 1-2 minutes.

Now add ginger paste and saute it

Now add all the chopped veggies and add all spices and mix well.

Now add soaked rice and water and mix well. And cover it if you use pressure cooker cover lid and cook for 1 whistle. In medium flame.

Tehri is ready to eat garnish it with coriander leaves. And serve it with raita.
