First take all the flours add required salt and then add coriander leaves green chilli jeera ajwain and till. Mix well then slowly incorporate water to form a dough. Make small balls and roll to rotis.

Now heat a tawa and place the roti on the hot tawa and cook on both sides with oil. Serve with a spicy side dish.
