Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 cuprava(small)
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack til
  • 1/2 teaspooncrushed ajwain
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredWarm water
  • as requiredOil to roast

Steps

  1. 1

    First take all the flours add required salt and then add coriander leaves green chilli jeera ajwain and till. Mix well then slowly incorporate water to form a dough. Make small balls and roll to rotis.

    Now heat a tawa and place the roti on the hot tawa and cook on both sides with oil. Serve with a spicy side dish.
