Steps

Heat the pan,pour ghee add flour and mix well,roast until golden colour or smell come out.

Cut jaggery or grate it.

Until like this colour continue to mix, After that add jaggery and mix until jaggery melts.

Immediately pour the mixing batter in to greased plate and level and in some seconds it will set.
- 5
Cut the pieces as per your choice, Ready to serve hot or cold.
