Ingredients

  • 250 gramscottage cheese
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1 inchGinger chopped
  • 4 podsGarlic chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonDhaniya (Coriander)powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add butter into Kadhai. Add jeera green chilli onion chopped ginger and garlic

    Frying of 5 minutes add Chopped Capsicum

    After that add tomato and all dried masala

    After that add cottage cheese. Mix all things together and fry for another 5 minutes. Done
