Ingredients

  • 1full chicken breast
  • 1egg
  • 50 gshredded mozzarella
  • Handfulshredded Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2table spoons cornstarch
  • Olive oil
  • 2table spoons of cornstarch (or flour)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken breast in very small pieces

    Add an egg, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper, mix well

    Add cornstarch, mix well (you can use flour instead, but cornstarch gives a little more crunch)

    Fry with a little bit of olive oil on the medium hit 5min from each side.
