Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsemiya
  2. 4-5 cupmilk
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. as needed almonds and raisins
  6. to tasteSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a kadhai and roast semiya for 2 or 3 mint.

    When semiya remain ghee add milk. Stir well and boil for 15 to 20 mint in simmer.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook again for 5 mint After 5 mint off the flame. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
