In the minced meat, add crushed garlic,ginger,onions,pepper and seasonings. Mix and flatten it, then cut with a circle cutter big enough to enter between the buns. Then fry them on medium heat to allow them to cook evenly. Set aside.

Then wash the cabbage/lettuce, tomatoes,cucumber and slice then into circles.

Cut the bread buns into two and and toast on a frying pan the inside of the buns until golden brown.

In a small bowl, put equal amount of ketchup and salad cream and mix, you can also add finely small chopped onions,coriander leaves,basil, some seasonings etc.

Then spread the mixture on one side of the buns, that is the lower side, then place the lettuce/cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber and then the meat.

Instead of cheddar cheese, i fried eggs and lay it after the meat. Then cover with the other side of the bun and serve.
