In a vessel take ghee or oil add whole Garam masala,add sliced onions,saute till golden,add ginger garlic paste cook add tomatoes chopped,mix well add remaining vegetables,saute add water to make gravy.

In another vessel boil water add soaked rice(add salt and lime juice) when half done drain the water,cover the gravy with rice, cover and cook for 15 min, till done,serve with raita.
