Ingredients

  1. 3medium potatoes (slice about 1/2 cm each)
  2. 2 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  3. 1/2Onion (chopped)
  4. 4bacon (slice)
  5. salt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 1/2 tbschicken stock powder
  8. grated cheddar
  9. grated parmesan
  10. oregano
  11. dried parsley
  12. 1 tbsoil
  13. 1 tspbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes about 10 minutes, and after finish, drain the water and let them sit until cool.

    Stir-fry sliced bacon until crispy with 1 tbs of oil, and set aside. Strain them from the excess oil.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry chopped onion until golden brown using the rest of the bacon oil. Strain them from the excess oil. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Stir-fry garlic with a teaspoon of butter until fragrance

  5. 5

    Add the sliced boiled potatoes and let them sit on the pan until one side of the potatoes turned golden brown.

  6. 6

    After that carefully flip to the other side, season them with salt, pepper and chicken stock powder.

  7. 7

    Add sauted bacon and onion, cheddar and parmesan cheese, stir them until all mixed.

  8. 8

    Turn off the heat, and served them on plate, sprinkle with dried oregano and dried or fresh parsley.
