Moong ki kachori

Soak the moong for 30 minutes drain the water. after that heat a pan. put 1 tsp oil the add 6 and red chilli. Roast for 2 minutes.

After that add moong and saute for 5 minutes until no excess water.let it cool.then grind it in a grinder. Take out in a bowl.

Now add salt, cumin powder, garam masala, sugar. Mix it well. Now filling is ready.then take a another bowl. Put maida, salt, ghee. Mix it until crumble. Then add water as need. Make a tight dough. Keep aside.

Then take a portion of lemon size dough. Roll it like poori. Then put the 2 tsp filling.cover it. Give kachori shape. Make all kachori like this one.

Heat oil. Fry 4-6 kachori at once. Fry it both side until they become golden colour. Take from oil.ready to serve with bhaji.
