Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgPaneer
  • 1 packetMushrooms
  • 2Chopped Onion
  • 1Green chilli chopped
  • 2Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tspOil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tspCumin Powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the mushrooms and boil it. Now put a pan and add some oil in it and let it heat.

  2. 2

    Now add cumin seeds and green chillies in the oil and saute. Now add chopped onion and saute it till it become little golden in colour now add ginger garlic paste into it and saute for more 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped tomatoes into it and add all the masala and salt according to your spiciness level. Now mix everything and let the paste cook till it start leaving oil from it.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped boiled mushrooms into it mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add the panner not it pieces just add by breaking it softly by your fingers. Now mix everything well and cook for 4-5 mintues.

  6. 6

    Paneer Mushroom Bhujiya is ready.
