Wash the moong daal. Take out in cotton cloth soak the water from it. And also dry roast for soaking remaining moisture from it.

Now let it cool down and take out the daal In mixture grinder. Grind it coarsly.

Now heat the pan add ghee in it when ghee become hot add moong daal powder and semolina mix well. Stir continuesly and cook for 10 min.

Now add milk, yellow food colour and vanilla essence mix well. When it little bit thick add sugar and mix well.

After that add some ghee and mix well till halwa is ready. You can add ghee as you like.

Halwa is ready. Serve hot garnish with rose petals.
