  1. 1 cupChana daal coarsely paste
  2. 1Finley choppedOnion
  3. 2-3finely chopped Greenchili
  4. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededRefined oil for deep fry
  7. 1 tspKasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together well.

    Heat oil in to the Pan add small pieces of pakauda batter.deep fry it to both side till it's golden brown colour.

    Now it's done.take it out from the oil.serve it hot with your favourite chutney.perfect snacks.everyone Will love it.
